La Cervecería Nacional Potosí enfrentaba ineficiencias operativas por el uso de registros manuales en la gestión de botellas vacías, lo que generaba errores, demoras y falta de coordinación interdepartamental. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo desarrollar e implementar un sistema web colaborativo para optimizar los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento y despacho. Se adoptó un enfoque mixto descriptivo-propositivo y la metodología ágil Scrum, con tecnologías PHP, Laravel, MySQL y JavaScript. Los resultados mostraron una reducción del 75,3 % en el tiempo de registro de ingreso, una disminución del 94,3 % en la tasa de errores y una mejora del 86,5 % en la colaboración entre departamentos. El sistema logró un retorno de inversión en seis meses con una inversión total de 3.300 USD. Se concluye que el enfoque ágil y la digitalización personalizada permiten transformar procesos industriales tradicionales de forma eficaz, económica y replicable.
The National Brewery Potosí faced operational inefficiencies due to the use of manual records in managing empty bottles, which led to errors, delays, and poor cross-departmental coordination. This study aimed to develop and implement a collaborative web-based system to optimize receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. A mixed descriptive–propositional approach and the agile Scrum framework were employed, using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and JavaScript technologies. Results demonstrated a 75.3% reduction in entry registration time, a 94.3% decrease in error rates, and an 86.5% improvement in cross-departmental collaboration. The system achieved a return on investment within six months with a total investment of USD 3,300. These findings indicate that the agile approach combined with tailored digitalization enables the effective, economical, and replicable transformation of traditional industrial processes.
